Request a refund
Email fahrizsalman23@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with your Razorpay payment ID, purchase date and the product you bought. A reason is not required within this period. Opening a folder or downloading the files does not remove the guarantee.
How refunds work
After the purchase and request are verified, the seller initiates a refund of the purchase amount through Razorpay to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network processing times vary. Keep the refund reference for status enquiries.
Cancellation and duplicate payments
You can close checkout before paying. Completed digital purchases use the refund process above. If you believe you paid twice or paid without receiving access, send the payment references to support so the seller can investigate.
Refunded access
The site withdraws verified access when the payment is refunded. Please stop using and delete saved files after a refund. Earlier orders are refunded through the provider originally used.
